Week 3 : Exploring the South of England - What a Week!
Over the past week, we've been on an incredible journey through southern England, soaking in history, nature, and some breathtaking coastal views.
We started at the hauntingly beautiful Netley Abbey near Southhampton in Hampshire-such a peaceful, atmospheric place. Then it was on to the iconic Stonehenge, which truly lives up to the hype.
From there, we headed to Lulworth Castle in Dorset and took in the dramatic coastline at Durdle Door - the cliffs and sea arch are absolutely stunning. We also stopped by the Osmington White Horse, etched into the hillside.
Our countryside escape included a lovely farmstay at Cheesewring Farm Campground, a peaceful spot that gave us a real taste of rural charm.
Now, we've made it all the way to Land's End in western Cornwall - the very edge of England! To the east lies the English Channel, and to the west, the Celtic Sea. It's been an unforgettable journey so far!
