Week 4: From Land’s End to the Cotswolds — With a Few Twists!

We set off from Land’s End full of excitement (and snacks) and Cornwall wasted no time reminding us who’s boss… 36 straight hours of solid rain. Not a drizzle. Not a sprinkle. A full-on water feature from the sky

Still, we powered through and stopped at the breathtaking Minack Theatre — carved right into the cliffs with waves crashing below. Even in the rain, it was magic

Next stop: Tintagel Castle, home of legends, mist, and very slippery stone steps. King Arthur, if you’re still up there, we gave it our best!

Of course, no road trip is complete without a surprise detour — this time to a friendly local mechanic, Neil from Sutton Landrover Services, thanks to an unexpected oil leak. A big shoutout to our unsung hero with a wrench and a smile!

Now safely in the Cotswolds, drying out among charming villages and golden-stone cottages. Sunshine never looked so good!
